+ To give customers more confidence while shopping at Oz Flowers, we reduce Standard Ship to $10 (Was $15 Before 20/07/2023) per order, Express Ship will keep the same $25 if you want to receive your order quickly.

+ All orders are aimed to be sent out within 2 business days from the order date.

+ Please note that this time frame also varies depending on your payment methods. For example, for all payments made via Bank Transfer, please allow time for the payment to be clear in our bank account – this process can take up to 2 business days. Once payments are clear, we will dispatch your order immediately.

+ With orders requiring a signature on receiving, if nobody is home, you will be notified about the location of the local post office or depot to pick it up at your convenience.
