Refund Policy

ORDERS ARE NON-CANCEL-ABLE

Oz Flowers's policy is that orders placed are non-cancelable and the fees paid are non-refundable, unless items ordered are out of stock, we might contact you to ask for replacement items or a full refund will be made.

CHANGE OF MIND

A store credit which we can offer to you with an equal price of the product so that you can purchase any different product in our store.

With condition that you contact us within 3 days from the day when delivery couriers mark on the system, the item is delivered to your address (for online orders)

And you can provide us with proof of purchase; all the item is in saleable condition, that is unused with all original sealed packaging or tags attached where the product seal is not broken.

  • Importance: Goods are not in final sales (ex: SALE, CLEARANCE,...).

Please note that the shipping cost will not be refunded, and Oz Flowers is not responsible for the delivery cost of the item returned to us.

The following items will not be accepted for change-of-mind returns:

  • Personalized, custom-made, and altered products
  • Personal care products.

To avoid the misuse and abuse of this policy, we refuse the item returned by the individuals that we identify as having an unreasonable or overly returning pattern.

* Faulty, damaged, missing, or incorrect colors of products:

We understand that during the delivery, items can arrive damaged or missing, we will try our best to pack all orders in good condition. If that happens, we will provide you a replacement (if we have it in stock) or a store credit equal price of the products, provided that:

  • You notify us of the damaged or missing item within 3 days (from the day it is noted delivered at your place by the delivery courier); and
  • You provide photos to prove the damages of items before sending them back to us.

+ We will reimburse shipping costs incurred when you return the item to us if it is found faulty.

+ Please don’t dispose of the item as we will need them to be sent back for proof.

+ When a returned product is found not faulty or damaged, a re-delivery fee will be calculated to your delivery address and required to be paid by you before sending it back to you. 

+ If you have received an item that isn’t what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us as soon as possible.

+ Colors provided on our website are for reference/guidelines only. Due to external factors such as lights, we cannot guarantee the colors, in reality, will match 100% with the online color.
